  • Vinita Silaparasetty is licensed as a life, accident, and health agent in the State of California (License #4117761).
  • Certified Covered California agent authorised to support individuals, families, and small businesses enrolling in Covered California plans.
  • Eligible to assist residents in additional states through reciprocal licensing as our operations expand. Updated state list is maintained in the Trust Center.

Services provided

  • Plan education, eligibility assessments, and subsidy estimations using the ACA Premium Estimator.
  • Application preparation, submission, and renewal support for Covered California marketplace products.
  • Carrier coordination, documentation tracking, and appeal advocacy when issues arise.
  • Integration with Vinita Financial prosperity planning, health reserves, and Lakshmi-led stewardship frameworks.

Compensation transparency

  • No fees are charged to consumers for Covered California plan selection or enrollment support.
  • When applicable, carriers pay standardised commissions. Compensation does not vary by carrier for plans sold through Covered California.
  • All compensation arrangements comply with California Department of Insurance regulations and are disclosed upon request.
  • We do not accept incentives that would steer recommendations away from consumer interest or Lakshmi-aligned suitability.

Conflicts of interest

We operate as fiduciary stewards. Recommendations prioritise consumer needs, subsidy optimisation, and sovereign wellness. If a potential conflict arises—such as a carrier relationship or incentive—it will be disclosed promptly with mitigation steps documented.

Consumer protections

  • Consumers may verify licensing status at insurance.ca.gov.
  • Complaints can be filed with the California Department of Insurance Consumer Services Division at 1-800-927-HELP (4357).
  • Additional support is available through the Vinita Financial Justice Desk via justice@vinitafinancial.com.
  • Data submitted during enrollment is governed by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and HIPAA security safeguards.

Recordkeeping

All enrollment documents, carrier correspondence, and subsidy determinations are preserved for a minimum of ten years. Records are encrypted within the Tyler enclave and accessible upon authenticated consumer request.
