Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing truthful, current, and complete information when creating an account, verifying identity, making support requests, or submitting membership registration details.
Identity and Membership Records
NIN-linked identity records are used to support verification and prevent duplicate registration. A NIN already used for registration cannot be used to create a second membership record.
App and Portal Use
You must not misuse the portal or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, scrape protected data, or create fraudulent records.
Availability
Platform features may evolve over time. The party may improve, suspend, or withdraw specific features where necessary for operations, security, policy, or technical reasons.
